The Mercury insurance building was developed as a culmination of design aesthetics and technology. The project promotes an alchemistic approach of combining all the latest in technology with the evolved appreciation of the aesthetic. The design utilizes a roof/insulation/solar composite material while also using site orientation and delighting. The space optimizes the occupancy while also allowing for interstitial meeting spaces for the employees to have impromptu meetings. The building has an atrium, 3 cafes and a garden to accommodate all the employees
