ALCHEMY performed a feasibilty study for Mitsubishi to expand their corporate headquarters campus by converting their PDC (Parts Distribution Center) into 165,000 square feet of office space. In this study, it was discovered that additional parking would be required. We designed the exterior and interior conversion of the PDC and the parking structure for this expansion.
