Retain Recruit Inspire were the words to develop this rejuvenation project.  The design divides the 60,000 square foot facility into 4 quads.  This was done to bring the scale to a human level, an intersecting circular space in the middle connect the quads.  The quads take their names from the four elements which are tracked by Northrop satellites; Atmosphere, Ocean, Cryosphere, and Land.  These affiliations afforded material and color options.  The space utilizes non-toxic materials and energy efficient fixtures.  The space maximizes occupancy while allowing for desperately needed meeting spaces.  Color coding was also introduced for way finding.
