Pacificare needed a new home for their IT department.  The company owned a warehouse but needed to transform it into a flexible office space.  Alchemy introduced a Green Path to Pacificare that would also feature all of the latest in technology needs.  The project features a raised floor which carries air and electricity to all of the occupants.  Day-lighting was reinforced with new skylights.  Indirect lighting was introduced to compensate on cloudy days.
